If it has to do with having more energy,
I can help.
So let's start here. (Check all that apply.)

"I'm here because I . . .
-
want to stop feeling so tired all of the time.
-
wish I could get more or better sleep.
-
wish I had more time and energy to do the things I love.
-
want to have time to focus on myself without feeling guilty.
-
find myself getting easily irritated.

GREAT NEWS, my friend! If any of those statements resonate with you, you're in the right place.

WHO AM I?
I'm Jill Corrigan, and it's my goal to help you put yourself at the top of your priority list so that you can live a happier, healthier and more joyful life, and kick frustration to the curb.

WHO I REALLY AM.
I'm a mother of two beautiful girls, a wife, a lover of dogs and champion of triathlon.
I'm a singer, a dancer, a daughter, a sister, a driver, a chaperone, a party-planner, a cleaning lady, a travel-planner, a schedule-keeper, an accountant, a cook, a baker, an errand-runner, a decorator, and a Health Coach!

Let's face it, as any mother could, I could talk about my kids all day long. But I also love talking about the healing powers of nutrition, fitness and self-care.

Over the past three years, I've helped my clients discover what foods work for them and what foods don't, how to carve out time just for themselves to do those things that they wished they could do "if they only had time", and I've helped them figure out how to incorporate more exercise into their lives.

My passion is helping moms figure out how to take more time for themselves, because as the saying goes, "If Momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy". And we laugh at the statement, but it couldn't be more true. When parents lead happy, healthy lives, they raise happy, healthy children. And who wouldn't be proud of that?

BUT LET'S GET PERSONAL . . . .
(FUN FACTS ABOUT ME)

I absolutely love to travel. My most exotic destinations
to date are Botswana, Zambia, South Africa and Mauritius.

I own two square feet of land in Scotland, thereby giving
me the official title of Lady Jill Corrigan, Lady of Glencoe,
Lady of Lochbar.

I can also be referred to as Dame Jill, Knight of Sufferlandria.

I'm a bit of a Walt Disney World fanatic, and have been a
Disney Vacation Club member since 2011.

My favorite breed of dog is Golden Retriever, which come
from Scotland, as does my husband. He grew up in Paisley,
Scotland. So I named our beautiful fur baby Paisley.

I love music. All kinds of music. But my default
genre is alternative.

I used to teach Music Together, a mommy-and-me
music and movement program for infants and preschoolers.

I've raced in Triathlons since 2014, and qualified for
USA Triathlon Age Group Nationals twice.

Why did I become a Health Coach anyway?

From a very young age, I've had this mindset that something had to happen before someone gets sick. My freshman year of college, I was diagnosed with gastro-enteritis that was just short of becoming ulcerous. And while the medication I was eventually on helped me heal, my doctor didn't give much advice in the way of avoiding it happening altogether.

A few years later, blood test results showed extremely high cholesterol. But I was eating right and exercising, so why should this be? "Some people just have high cholesterol" was the answer I got. Which was very frustrating.

In 2013, I started seeking the advice of a health coach for my own health issues and quickly came to see that this was a calling for me. I signed up to study health coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition a few months later and graduated in March of 2015. I've been helping others realize true health through holistic practices ever since.
