FITNESS.

I always think of an old Rosie O'Donnell stand-up act when I hear the words "working out".  She conjures up the image of a young, perky, 20-something with boundless energy in skimpy spandex leading a box aerobics class and high-fiving everyone.  The thought of it probably makes you want to just roll over and go back to sleep. I'm sure it does for most people.

But getting fit doesn't mean you have to dread your workout.  Finding something that resonates with you is most important, so that you want to keep on keeping fit.

Admittedly I may have taken my fitness to an extreme by racing triathlons for the past few years now, but that's where my heart to0k me.  And I've loved my journey!

While I am not a fitness coach or personal trainer, I can help you find something that works for you, and I can be your biggest cheerleader!
